About us: Asociația Haide Gabriele!
Founded in 2024, Haide Gabriele is a non-profit organisation that promotes projects for social inclusion, sustainable agriculture and personalised care, working with local communities and international volunteers.
Our origins
From Gabriele's story
The association's origins lie in the life experience of Gabriele Antonino, who at just 23 faced a difficult battle with illness. This story of resilience inspired the creation of a place where the person, not the illness, is at the centre.
Caregivers and vision
From the role of caregiver grew the determination to build a centre able to offer care, work, training and social reintegration in an inclusive and stimulating environment.

Our mission
We offer innovative services ranging from residential care to palliative care, from social farming to vocational training. The association stands out for its holistic approach, which aims to remove the causes and not just the symptoms, through personalised and multidisciplinary pathways.
Our philosophy is rooted in community-based medicine that values each person within their local area, with facilities that meet health and social needs which cannot be managed at home but lie outside the hospital setting. For good practice in the sector, see the UN guidelines on social inclusion.

IBOLYA sheltered housing : a safe and welcoming residence with round-the-clock care, personalised rehabilitation programmes and social inclusion activities.
S.Ă.L.V.I.E. Social Farm
Socializare, Armonie, Locuri de muncă, Viață Independentă, Incluziune, Educație : an agricultural and social project that combines growing high-quality medicinal plants with social and work inclusion pathways for vulnerable people.
R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I.
Rădăcini, Abilități, Demnitate, Acțiune, Cunoaștere, Integrare, Natură, Inovație : a vocational training centre that develops practical and theoretical skills, fostering social inclusion and job opportunities.
WorkValue
WISE – social and work inclusion : a system that values people's abilities, experience and potential, connecting talent with concrete job opportunities.

The Haide Gabriele Group
Today Asociația Haide Gabriele! heads the Haide Gabriele Group, an Italian-Romanian organisation that includes Haide Gabriele Holding and two operating companies, Spring Research & Strategy and Spazio Dor. The association is the sole shareholder of the holding company and safeguards the mission; the businesses ensure its economic sustainability.
