Mission and Values: our everyday commitment
Welcome to Asociația Haide Gabriele!. Our Mission and Values are an ongoing commitment that goes beyond words: they translate into concrete action to build a fairer, more sustainable and more inclusive community. Born of the conviction that collective well-being depends on valuing every person, we act as a catalyst for social, cultural and environmental change.
Every project responds to real needs and is developed with an eye to the future, turning challenges into opportunities for shared growth. From vocational training to services for physical and mental well-being, we put the person at the centre, with an integrated approach that brings together health, education and social inclusion.
This holistic vision allows us to generate lasting impact, creating value both for individuals and for the community. We do not just provide care: we build pathways to autonomy and participation, encouraging those who take part in our projects to play a leading role.
We believe that our Mission and Values must not remain statements on paper, but should be visible in our everyday choices, in the way we manage resources and in our transparency towards members, partners and the public.

Towards fulfilling our Mission and Values
Today our Mission and Values are turning into concrete facts: alongside the association, Haide Gabriele Holding and two operating companies, Spring Research & Strategy and Spazio Dor, have been set up to support the mission according to the double helix model. The next step is launching the R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I. training centre.
We are looking for partners, institutions, companies, professionals and volunteers who would like to contribute to the growth of our initiatives. We are convinced that co-design is the best way to create stronger, more effective pathways to inclusion and social development.
Getting involved now means playing a leading role from the very beginning: helping to define activities, sharing experience and resources, and building together the foundations of a community that is more united, resilient and open to change.
