Ongoing projects: our first steps
Within the Gyerünk Project Roadmap, our ongoing projects are the first concrete steps towards achieving our vision. They are tangible actions that turn strategy into immediate results on the ground.
GabryTrike
Mobility and autonomy for people with motor disabilities, thanks to adapted bicycles that foster independence and social inclusion. The GabryTrike kit is being developed by Spazio Dor, a company of the Haide Gabriele Group: gabrytrike.com.
SolidCare (planned)
A planned project that has not started yet: collecting used medical equipment and donating it to local facilities, to improve access to care for the most vulnerable people.
Our daily commitment to these projects is tangible proof that the roadmap is alive and delivering results. We keep in constant contact with our supporters to share what happens behind the scenes and to celebrate every success.

The four pillars are the backbone of the Gyerünk Project Roadmap and define the path we will follow to ensure a lasting impact. Each pillar is a key stage on this shared journey.
S.Ă.L.V.I.E. – The Social Farm
A safe and stimulating environment for agricultural training and therapeutic activities. Learn more about social farming in Europe.
IBOLYA – The Community Residence
Long-term care in a family-like environment, an integral part of our strategic vision.
R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I. – The Training Centre
Practical and theoretical courses to strengthen skills and foster social and work integration.
WorkValue – The Management System
An integrated platform connecting the farm, training and work. It measures impact and optimises resources.
The project phases
The Gyerünk Project is organised in six phases. This is where we are today.
- Completed
Phase 0 – Foundation and design
Asociația Haide Gabriele! was founded in 2024; in 2026 Haide Gabriele Holding, Spring Research & Strategy and Spazio Dor were set up. Feasibility study and design of GabryTrike.
- In progress
Phase 1 – Launching the companies
Spring and Spazio Dor are working on the market without asking for funding; Spazio Dor is developing GabryTrike.
- Planned
Phase 2 – R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I.
Application for ANC authorisation for nationally recognised vocational courses (agricultural technician, long-term care assistant) and development of the campus and the science and technology park.

Phase 3 – Launch of S.Ă.L.V.I.E.
The social farm is set up, designed to generate income within its first year.

Phase 4 – Building the IBOLYA Residence
Start of construction of the residence for long-term care and hospice.

Phase 5 – Full operation
Opening of the IBOLYA Residence and self-sufficiency thanks to the double helix model.
