The Gyerünk Project is our holistic, integrated vision for a better future. Born of the commitment of Asociația Haide Gabriele!, this initiative is not just a charitable undertaking but a complete system designed to offer deep and lasting well-being. We work every day in Sălaj County, Romania. This project actively responds to crucial challenges in the area, such as demographic decline and unequal access to social and health services, by proposing a truly unique model of care.
Why Gyerünk? The origin of our name
The name “Gyerünk”, which means “Let's go!” in Hungarian, is the battle cry that guided our founder's son, Gabriele, during his illness. It was an expression of hope, strength and resilience that rang out every day, a constant reminder of the strength of the human spirit. For us, “Gyerünk” is not just a word, but a symbol of courage and a call to action. It is the philosophy that guides our every step, every project and every person we choose to help. It is a sign that, even in the hardest of challenges, we can move forward together and build something extraordinary.

How the project is sustained
The pillars of the Gyerünk Project have a social mission, but they cannot live on donations alone. That is why real businesses have been set up alongside the association: today Spring Research & Strategy and Spazio Dor, in which Haide Gabriele Holding holds a stake. The profits due to the holding company flow back to the mission through cross-subsidy.
