Our story
Founded in 2024, Asociația Haide Gabriele! grew out of an intense personal experience, transformed into a collective project of hope and change.
Through our daily work we want to build a more inclusive and resilient community, able to face social challenges with creativity and humanity.
This is where the story begins
Just as pain can bring out unexpected strength, Gabriele's illness set off a radical change. That personal suffering, which could have marked an end, became the driving force behind an association created for dignity and inclusion. Instead of seeing the illness as a limit, our founder chose to turn that pain into a positive force, a source of inspiration to give those living through similar situations the chance to rediscover their dignity and their calling.
The story of Asociația Haide Gabriele! is a struggle for empowerment, showing how resilience can turn adversity into opportunity. The association was created to offer a place that does not focus on a condition or on the label “disabled” or “ill”, but puts the person at the centre, with their potential, their dignity and their right to a full life.
From Tears to Strength
The journey began with the awareness that every experience, however painful, holds within it the seed of transformation. The experience that shaped the story of Asociația Haide Gabriele! fuelled the desire to create an environment in which suffering does not become stigma, but a starting point for personal and collective rebirth.

Our roots
Responsibility, solidarity, inclusion, innovation and respect for the local area. These values, born of pain and of the desire to give dignity to those who suffer, are the foundation on which all our work rests.

They reach out through the initiatives we are planning: training pathways, care projects and integrated services that share our vision of a future where everyone can express themselves and grow.
The fruits
They represent the concrete results we hope for: a stronger community, people who have found hope again, new job opportunities and a positive, lasting impact on the area.
From project to Group
In 2026 the project took a decisive step: Haide Gabriele Holding and the first two operating companies, Spring Research & Strategy and Spazio Dor, were set up. It is the answer to a question we had been asking from the start: how can care be made sustainable over time, without depending on donations alone?
Gabriele’s experience keeps generating ideas, too. His limited mobility became a project, then a product: GabryTrike, the kit that turns a bicycle into a stable tricycle, now being developed by Spazio Dor. From a personal need to a business that supports the mission: this is the double helix philosophy that guides the Haide Gabriele Group.
