At the heart of our commitment is training within the Gyerünk Project, delivered through the R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I. Training Centre. Meaning “roots” in Romanian, the name is an acronym that sums up our guiding values: Roots, Skills, Dignity, Action, Knowledge, Integration, Nature, Innovation.
Our vision for training in the Gyerünk Project
The goal of Asociația Haide Gabriele! is to offer personalised, professional training pathways that develop practical skills, uphold dignity and promote real social and work inclusion. With the R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I. Centre we respond to local challenges, with a focus on social and ecological farming. Our mission is to provide tools that put every person in the lead role, turning vulnerability into opportunity.

Our methodology: experiential learning and synergy
Training in the Gyerünk Project follows a clear, structured path that accompanies each participant from their arrival to active integration into the social and economic fabric. This timeline describes the four key stages that make our approach effective.
1. Welcome and initial assessment
We welcome each participant with a guidance interview, assessing their skills, interests and specific needs. This first step produces a personalised training plan.
2. Theoretical and practical training
Classroom lessons and field activities, with a particular focus on social farming, processing workshops and the development of soft skills that support inclusion.
3. Application in real-life settings
Putting the acquired skills into practice at S.Ă.L.V.I.E., through work placements with partner companies or concrete community projects.
4. Transition and job placement
Through the WorkValue system we support the move into employment or self-employment, ensuring the continuity and sustainability of the pathway.
