Growing a future of inclusion and wellbeing together

Cultivation at the S.Ă.L.V.I.E. Social Farm in Romania: growing an extraordinary future of inclusion

The S.Ă.L.V.I.E. Social Farm in Romania is our project devoted to sustainability and inclusion. The name S.Ă.L.V.I.E. is an acronym of Socializare, Ărmonie, Locuri de muncă, Viață Independentă, Incluziune, Educație, and it is also a tribute to sage (in Romanian, “salvie”), a medicinal plant that symbolises care and well-being.

Conclusions: a project of cultivation and inclusion

Our integrated approach is based on a multidisciplinary team and on putting the person at the centre. The design of the spaces, in harmony with the landscape of Sălaj County, and the continuity of the service encourage a constant flow of learning and participation. Cultivation at S.Ă.L.V.I.E. is one of the pillars of our inclusive and sustainable supply chain: it reflects our ability to combine technical expertise, respect for nature and attention to people. It is much more than a farming activity: it is a means of creating lasting change and shared value.
