The Haide Gabriele Group
The Haide Gabriele Group is an Italian-Romanian organisation active in Sălaj County. Born from an Italian entrepreneur’s decision to settle in Romania, the group combines expertise gained in Italy with concrete roots in Romania, developing value-added services and initiatives in both markets.
An association, a holding company and two operating companies
The group is made up of a non-profit association, a holding company and two operating companies. The association is the sole shareholder of the holding company, which holds the group’s stakes in the companies: the social mission guides every activity and the businesses support its growth, following our double helix model.

Planned companies
Over time, the model foresees that each pillar of the Gyerünk Project will become an operating company of the holding. They are still at the planning stage and their names will be decided when they are set up: for now we refer to them by their function.
Residence and services
It will run the IBOLYA Residence: long-term care, hospice and sheltered housing.
Training
It will run the R.Ă.D.Ă.C.I.N.I. training centre and its accredited vocational courses.
Social farm
It will run the cultivation of medicinal plants at the S.Ă.L.V.I.E. social farm and its work integration programmes.
Plant extracts and essences
A company specialised in processing medicinal plants into extracts and essences, separate from cultivation.
Investment vehicle
For those who want to invest in specific group projects.
A two-way vocation
The group was founded with an explicitly Italian-Romanian vocation: to bring Italian expertise, methods and relationships to Romania and, at the same time, to offer Italian businesses a concrete, qualified point of arrival in Romania. Because of this dual nature, we see the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania as a natural partner on our journey.
